The other night the whole family decided to explore the night market in Nashville. We were met with the enticing aroma of homegrown peaches from The Peach Truck, a colorful array of fresh veggies, and a meadow of flowers for sale. We came across jarred Sorghum, with which I was completely unfamiliar.
I had some lip smackin’ good homemade cheesecake and made a delicious squash, zucchini, and corn casserole from the veggies we picked up at the market. So next time you get a hankerin’ for some fresh, organic produce, stop by the downtown market!
